Owner guides
What each part of the portal does and how modules fit together.
Account & onboarding
- Create an owner account and choose Menu Lite, Pro, or Complete
- Complete the onboarding wizard: restaurant name, tier, sample menu, branding
- Invite managers and staff from Team after setup
Menu editor
- Organise dishes into categories with sort order and availability toggles
- Set prices, descriptions, images, and modifiers per dish
- Use Scan menu (AI) to import from photos of a printed menu
Branding & guest domain
- Upload logo and set primary / accent colours in Branding
- Publish toggles control whether the online menu and AR are live
- Free subdomain: name.mezbaanapp.com · custom domains on higher tiers
AR 3D models
- Attach a GLB model per dish in AR models
- Guests tap View in AR on the public menu (WebXR on supported devices)
- Menu Pro and above include unlimited AR models
Tables, ordering & modules
- Generate table QR codes from Tables when table ordering is enabled
- Live orders and staff queue appear under Floor & kitchen modules
- POS, printing, inventory, and payments unlock by plan tier in Settings
